45 The Green is an all private practice where all the patients we spoke to were highly complimentary. They told us "Efficient, clean and high quality dental care'' was to be found there. They felt that the treatments were clearly explained along with the costs.

We found that the staff were highly knowledgeable and competent in the carrying out of instrument decontamination.

We found that the clinical quality was maintained by ongoing audits which served to highlight any problems which were then acted upon promptly to ensure improvement.

We saw evidence that the records were maintained securely and were written contemporaneously with sufficient data to enable full oral health risk assessments of the patients.

All the staff and dentists maintained ongoing continuous professional development which was fully documented.

We observed that all the staff treated the patients in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner.
