8th February 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People told us they were very happy with the care and treatment provided at AW Robinson Dental Practice. They had been involved in their treatment plan and discussed their options before their treatment started.

We were told the environment was clean and tidy, "Everything always looks clean and sterile, protective equipment is used. I wear goggles and an apron as well". We were told that people received treatment that was suited to their needs. One person said, ""Andrew (the dentist) always explains and breaks down what is happening and what will happen next and always gives a breakdown of the cost for treatment".

People undergoing treatment told us they found staff to be friendly and said they were treated with respect and their privacy was maintained at all times. We also found an effective system was in place to identify, asses and manage risk to the health and safety of people using the service.
