Abbey Road is a sister service to Burges Road Dental Practice and the policies and procedures are similar. Staff sometimes interchanged between the two practices and staff from Abbey Road attended team meetings at the Burges Road practice.

People said they were happy with their care and treatment “I don’t think I would go anywhere else, I feel comfortable” and “I was apprehensive and she (dentist) went through it.”

People said they felt safe when being treated by dental staff at the practice.

Staff received appropriate professional development. Dentists and dental nurses told us they carried out continuing professional development training in line with general dental council requirements. People who used the service told us they thought the dentists and other staff were well-trained and experienced.
