2nd February 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

Everybody we spoke with made positive comments about the care and treatment they had received at the practice and that the staff were always 'on top of things, friendly, pleasant and more than happy to help'. One person said "I am given a full explanation of the treatment offers available and the dentist explains which each treatment means. I can then choose for myself." Another person commented "The dentist tells me which teeth they are keeping an eye on and gives me advice about dental hygiene."

People said they were very pleased with the care they were receiving and no concerns were expressed about the treatment and service provided. One person said "The staff are very good. Nice to deal with."

People told us that they had no concerns about the cleanliness of the practice or how staff dealt with hygiene standards.
