4th February 2013 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with two people who used the practice. They made positive comments about the practice and the treatment they had received. One person described it as “excellent” and another stated that “the dentist’s reputation speaks for itself” both people told us that the staff at the practice were polite and respectful to them. We were also told how people had their dental treatment explained to them and that the practice was clean when they visited. We also found that the practice environment was well maintained. We heard positive comments about the dentist and other staff working at the practice. We found that the practice had a complaints system in place although no complaints had been received.
