1st March 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people using the service and five members of staff. People told us they were satisfied with the care and treatment they received at the service. They told us that clear explanations about their treatment and associated costs were provided. One person commented “he’s a really good dentist, one of the best I have ever seen”. Another person said staff were “nice, polite, not rude”.

People told us they found the practice clean and hygienic. The practice had in place effective systems to manage the risk of infection.

Complaint information was available for people to use if they wanted to raise any concerns.
