6th December 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with four patients and one told us, “I’d recommend this place to anyone, family and friends.” Another patient told us, “The staff have been here a long time. They know your name and they treat you really well.” One patient said, “I’m scared of dentists but since I started coming here four years ago, touch wood, I have been so relaxed.”

We found that patients were involved in their treatment and provided consent before any treatment was started. We also found that people using the service were protected from the risks of abuse. We saw that there were effective systems in place to minimise the risk of infection. We found that the provider supported members of staff through training and appraisals and suitable systems were in place to assess and monitor the quality of service provision.
