People were confident that there were good standards of hygiene at the practice. One person told us "The practice is spotless." Another person said “The place is absolutely spotless; everywhere is clean to a standard you should expect at a dental practice.”

All aspects of the day to day running of the practice was monitored. This had been reviewed and updated at regular intervals. The provider told us and we saw that regular audits and risk assessments had been carried out to ensure that the practice could evidence and deliver a consistent quality service and make any improvements where necessary.
