3rd January 2013 - During a routine inspection

We received many positive comments about the service from the people we spoke with. People told us that they always saw the same orthodontist each time they visited; that they were able to get appointments at the times that suited them and that staff were professional and friendly. Two young people we spoke with described the service as, “Brilliant”. One commented, “I don’t really like dentists but I don’t mind coming here”. One parent told us, “All my three kids have received treatment here and I can’t fault them at all”. All the people we spoke with told us they would recommend the service.
