People who used the service told us their privacy and dignity were respected and their views and experiences were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their treatment. One person said, “As soon as I arrive I'm made to feel welcome. I'm asked to sign a consent form. This means I agree to Ann doing what needs to be done. She always tells me what's wrong and what needs to be put right”.

People experienced treatment that met their needs and protected their rights. For example, one person told us, “I know what treatment I'm getting because it's on the treatment plan. Ann always discusses the treatment you need with you. It's always up to me what happens”.

People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.

People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed and people were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.

People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard. One person said, “I’ve seen some staff certificates on the wall in the reception area. They must know what they’re doing as I always come away with no pain feeling a good job has been done”.
