11th November 2011 - During a routine inspection

People with whom we spoke, confirmed that they were satisfied with the care and treatment provided. People told us that they felt able to discuss treatments and options available and these were carefully explained to them.

The results of the patient satisfaction audit carried out by the owner in March 2011, confirmed that people who use the service found staff at the practice to be good. Comments included “All staff welcoming and friendly, make you feel like a person not a number, excellent customer service all round”, “Always helpful and polite, a warm welcome is in the air when entering the surgery” and “I always find all staff very friendly which puts me at ease.”

People also told us that they felt safe and that, if they had any concerns or worries, they would discuss them with a member of staff. People told us that the premises looked clean and that they had no concerns about infection control practices within the dental practice.
