21st February 2012 - During a routine inspection

We talked with people in private at the practice address They told us they had their treatment options explained to them so that they could make an informed decision about their dental care and treatment. They also explained they signed to confirm they agreed to their treatment at each visit. Everyone we talked with said they received good dental care and treatment; they described their treatment as “champion”, and “very good”.

People said that they were treated with respect by the staff and found them both helpful and cheerful. They also commented that the practice was always clean and well presented.
