11th December 2012 - During a routine inspection

Everyone was given information about their care and treatment options and said they felt sufficiently informed to make decisions. People could access a range of information about the services provided from the practice's website.

People said they were treated respectfully and highly rated the quality of care and treatment. One person said their care and treatment was “first rate” and another said the dentist "addressed dental problems that I've been battled for years".

The service maintained appropriate infection control standards and people were treated in a hygienic environment.

The service kept clear and accurate records that were safely stored and regularly audited.
