People we spoke with told us they were treated with respect and were happy with the service they received. One person said, “I have been coming here for over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else”. People said that the dentist provided them with relevant information about their proposed treatment, including the cost. One person we spoke with said they found the staff worked as a team and were very efficient. They said the dentist explained all the issues relevant to their procedure and also gave them a phone call the day after the procedure to check everything was alright. People told us the information provided was very thorough and the dentist took time to allow them to make decisions about their treatment. One person we spoke with told us they had been referred to the surgery and said the “place has lived up to its recommendation.”

We found that the people using the service received suitable information to help make an informed decision and were treated with respect. They received appropriate care based on an assessment of their needs and their clinical records were up to date and stored securely. The practice was clean and well maintained and staff followed suitable procedures to prevent spread of infection.
