People were provided with sufficient information about the treatments offered, they said they were supported to make informed decisions.

People appreciated the thoroughness of their care and treatment and considered that they were provided with the “absolute best possible opportunity”. People were treated and cared for by staff who were trained to respond in the event of a health emergency.

People were cared for and treated in a clean and hygienic environment by staff that were trained in and adhered to appropriate infection control guidance.

People described staff as “highly efficient” and “professional”. Staff told us that they felt well supported and equipped with the skills they needed to do a good job. All qualified staff were registered with their appropriate professional body and had access to on-site learning.

We saw that the centre undertook a variety of audits to monitor the quality of the service provided. The outcome of the audits also showed how the service acted on their findings.
