11th October 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

Patients told us they were given good information about treatment options and costs before having to make any decision about their treatment. One person said, “They explain the treatment and what they are going to do. They gave me different treatment options and told me to think about how I wanted to proceed. I think this is good because I’m a nervous patient.”

Patients told us they were very happy with the service they received and that they didn’t have any complaints.

Staff told us they enjoyed their work and felt well supported by both the practice manager and the practice dentist.

One patient described the treatment they received as, “Really good.” They told us, “I’m very confident in the treatment I receive.”

Another patient said, “They explain the treatment and what they are going to do. They gave me different treatment options and told me to think about how I wanted to proceed. I think this is good because I’m a nervous patient.”
