27th January 2014 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

During this inspection we spoke with the dentist who was also the registered manager. We also spoke with the dental nurse, the receptionist and a person who was using the service.

The person who was using the service said “The dentist was great. He explained what he was doing and I am happy to get the work done”.

We found the practice had arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies. There were safeguarding policies that related to children and vulnerable adults. People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed. We also found that there was a complaints system available.
