29th April 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who used the service. They all told us that they were very satisfied with the service and that their care and treatment was always discussed with them.

“I’d give them ten out of ten.”

“I like my dentist he always tells me what he is going to do.”

“The staff are very friendly and they do their best to make me feel relaxed.”

“I never have any problems getting an appointment.”
