19th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

During our inspection of this service, we were able to speak with three people who told us they were very satisfied with the quality of services provided. They told us staff put them at ease, explained the care and treatment required including costs in order for each of them to make informed choices. They also told us they were treated with respect; staff were polite, professional and friendly.

Two people told us that the staff knew them very well and because of their professionalism and care, they had been attending the practice for a number of years. The third person told us that they had returned for their first appointment following their initial consultation, as they were satisfied with the information and care provided at their initial consultation.
