18th April 2013 - During a routine inspection
People using the service told us they were happy with the treatment they received and the way it was provided. Many people had been with the service for several years. People told us, “We all come here, they are very good and patient”, “I like the dentist he is honest with me”, “They know me and help me decide the best treatment”, “Don’t know what I’ll do if he (dentist) retires” The majority of people we spoke with found the service accessible and easy to get an appointment with. The surgery was based on the 1st floor above local shops, it is accessed via stairs. The treatment room and reception area were light and airy.
