People using the service told us they were pleased with the way the practice was run and the services provided. People told us their treatment plans, any possible or actual risks of the treatment and the costs were fully explained. People's comments included, "I have been coming here for five years and everything about this dentist is excellent. Infact the whole team is marvellous" and "I have nothing but good things to say. It is clean and tidy and they put you at your ease."

People told us they were treated respectfully by staff and their privacy was maintained. Everyone said the practice was welcoming and clean.

We saw how the staff spoke with people in a friendly and helpful way, and updated their knowledge and practice through training. There were effective infection control practices in place, and people were confident that any complaints would be responded to appropriately.
