6th November 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with six people that used the service.

People we spoke with said "the care is excellent" and "there is a very high standard of treatment here".

People who used the service felt that the Barkhill Dental Clinic explained the treatment options well and the staff were friendly and approachable.

People who use the service felt that the registered care provider explained the treatment options well and the staff were friendly and approachable.

People told us that staff were friendly when they visited the practice. Staff said they felt they were given enough time to carry out their duties.

A newly recruited staff member spoke positively about the training they had received and said it prepared them to do their job. They said they got good support form the managment team.
