21st May 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people. They were all very satisfied with the service. One said, “They’re really lovely and very friendly, they put you at ease”. Another told us, “I don’t live in Chichester any more but I’ve kept coming here because it’s so nice”.

We spoke with the manager, two dentists, two dental nurses and the receptionist. They were all positive about working in the practice. One said, I’m really happy here, we work really well together and my patients are really nice”. Another said, “We work well as a team”.

We found that the practice was welcoming and that staff were friendly and open. We observed patients being met and supported by staff. It was apparent that staff had a good rapport with people and that they knew many of them well.
