22nd May 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with three patients who all told us that they were given adequate information about the service and were satisfied with the care and treatment they received. Patients said that they were treated with respect and dignity by staff and that they felt safe on the premises. Patient comments included “they are very friendly and approachable” and “I would recommended the surgery".
