8th November 2013 - During a routine inspection
People were treated in a clean environment and arrangements were in place for the safe decontamination of reusable instruments and equipment. We could not speak directly with people who used the service however comments we reviewed recorded that patients to the practice regularly saw staff making sure that the surgery was clean, tidy and hygienic. We looked at staff records and saw evidence that all staff had been trained to the level their positions required and that they had completed training in other appropriate courses, relative to their role. The provider had systems in place for gathering, recording and evaluating information about the safety and care of the people who use the service.
