24th September 2013 - During a routine inspection
During our visit on the 23 September 2013 we spoke with three patients and looked at eight treatment plans of people who had visited the surgery. People who used the service told us, “I’ve been coming here for many years and staff are very friendly”. Bellevue Dental Practice was based on 3 floors, with treatment rooms on the first floor. There were two clinical rooms, a separate decontamination room and a spacious reception area. We saw that people were spoken to in a friendly and quiet manner and their privacy was maintained. The practice was clean and well maintained, equipment regularly serviced, treatment plans held securely and staff appropriately trained and qualified.
15th December 2011 - During a routine inspection
We did not have the opportunity to talk to people who use the service. We observed interaction of clinic staff with patients and saw that it was friendly, respectful and helpful. Bellevue Dental provides care and treatment which takes into account the views and needs of patients. Safe practices are followed in all aspects of the service so that people are not at risk.
