22nd January 2013 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made pdf icon

We found that the practice had a comprehensive safeguarding vulnerable adults and children policy in place. Staff were aware of the possible signs of abuse and were clear about their responsibilities should they have any concerns about possible abuse taking place. People who used the practice were protected from abuse.

The infection control procedures of the practice were carried out correctly and equipment was sterilised and stored in accordance with dental legislations. Quality checks were carried out meaning that the risk of infection and contamination was managed appropriately. People were protected from the risks of infection.

18th May 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with four people during our inspection. One person told us “I have been coming here for about 40 years and have never had any problems”. Another person told us that they had been scared of the dentist until they came to this practice but that the dentist here had “cured me of that”. One lady told us that the staff were always “very polite, helpful and supportive”. Three people told us that everything was always explained to them before they had any treatment.
