13th February 2014 - During a routine inspection

During our visit to the practice, we spoke with people who used the service and staff. We reviewed records for various activities of the service. We observed good staff interaction with people and noted that they were treated in a dignified manner.

People told us that they were satisfied with the way the practice was run and the service that was provided. One person told us "They are very, very good here, never had a problem, they are lovely people". People also confirmed that the consultation procedure, fees and treatments had been explained to them, and the records that we reviewed confirmed this.

The information that was provided to people included discussions on any possible risks associated with the treatments as well as the benefits. People said the practice was "well run" and that the dentists and staff were very "patient and caring”.
