During our inspection process we spoke to eight people who had recently used this dental practice. The majority of people told us that they were happy with the service provided and the treatment they had received. One person told us “A friend recommended the dentist to me. They are brilliant”. Another person said “I am happy and satisfied with the treatment I have had. If I was not I would go elsewhere”.

People told us that they were treated with dignity and were shown respect. We found that people were informed about the treatment they needed and were given choices and options regarding this.
