22nd January 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with five patients who all told us that they had been coming to the practice for some time and were very happy with the service. They felt that they were fully involved in the decisions about their care and treatment.

They felt that the staff were always very helpful and caring. We observed that the patients were treated with respect and all matters relating to confidentiality were dealt with appropriately.

We observed that all the practice was very clean and that staff all wore protective clothing and equipment. We saw a designated decontamination room and observed staff dealing with contaminated instruments in line with national guidelines.
