29th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

During the visit, we spoke with two people who use the service. They told us the staff explained the treatment options available to them and they were asked for written consent for treatment during each visit.

The people we spoke with told us they were very happy with the services provided. Both people told us they had used the service for over 20 years and never had any problems getting an appointment.

The people we spoke with told us they did not have any concerns about the cleanliness of the premises or the dental instruments. They also told us that they had no concerns about the overall service and would speak to the Dentist if they had any concerns.
