10th May 2013 - During a routine inspection

During the visit, we spoke with two people who use the service. They told us the dentist explained the treatment options to them and they were asked for written consent for treatment during each visit.

The people we spoke with told us they were happy with the services they received and had used the same service for many years. They told us they were given an appointment within 24 hours when they needed emergency treatment.

The people we spoke with told us they did not have any concerns about the cleanliness of the premises or the dental equipment and instruments. They told us the staff were friendly and acted professionally. They also told us they had no concerns about the services they received and would speak to the staff if they had any concerns.
