At the time we visited Boothstown Dental Practice we spoke with four people who used the service to gain their direct views about the service. In addition we had five completed questionnaires we had asked people waiting for their treatment to complete. All responses were extremely complimentary about the service. One person told us: "I am very happy with the service provided. The staff and the service I receive here is excellent. I am always made to feel safe and comfortable with the staff. They are professional in what they do.”

We found the premises to be clean and hygienic with systems in place to monitor the standards of infection control and general service delivery.

We had serious concerns in relation to fire safety and we subsequently reported our concerns to Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service.
