9th September 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People we spoke with were very positive about he care being provided and the service they had received. One person told us “they seem to cater for you individually here, it’s better care”. We observed staff treating people with dignity and respect when supporting people with personal care and in the way they spoke to people. People’s individual needs were appropriately assessed and met. Care was provided in premises which were suitably laid out and adequately maintained.

We found that the service listened to comments and complaints and used these to improve the service. We also found that there were suitable systems in place to check the quality of treatment and care being provided and the service used these to improve provision.
