People told us the dentists discussed their treatment options with them. One person told us, “He [the dentist] explained it all and discussed the options.” Another person said, “We have a bit of a laugh and a discussion.”

The dentist explained they routinely checked people’s medical history. One person told us, “They keep asking about my medical history, they give me the piece of paper to review.”

We saw the reception, waiting area and the dental surgeries were clean and tidy. People told us the surgery was clean. One person we asked said, “I can’t fault it.”

Records showed people had completed a questionnaire about the quality of service they received in March 2013. We saw the results for the service had been analysed and actions identified to improve the quality of service provided. We saw one comment noted, “The service is very good and professional.”
