12th April 2013 - During a routine inspection

People using the service said they were satisfied with the treatment they received and the way it was provided. They told us that information on treatment options and costs were always fully explained. One person said "The dentist always explains what treatments can be done and how much they will cost"

We saw that there were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies and that the practice followed robust infection control procedures to minimise the possibility of cross contamination infection. People spoke highly of the practice environment and did not express any concerns about standards of hygiene. One person commented "Whenever I come here the practice is always clean and well kept".

We observed that there were enough qualified staff to deliver the service to meet peoples needs.
