Four patients told us they were treated with respect when they attended the dental practice. One patient commented, "The dentist explains everything to me and discusses what treatment options are available. I have always been treated with respect when I come here."

The four patients we spoke with were satisfied with the treatment they received. One of the patients said, "Absolutely fantastic service and the staff are very pleasant. The dentist explained everything to me and told me I can come back at any time if I am worried about my treatment."

The provider had taken appropriate action to respond to emergency situations, by training staff and making sure that the right drugs and equipment were available.

Suitable policies and procedures were in place for dealing with suspicions or allegations of abuse and staff understood their responsibilities in safeguarding patients from harm.

Two members of staff told us they received good support and the training needed for them to carry out their duties safely.

A suitable system was in place for the continual monitoring, review and improvement of the service offered by this dental practice. We saw evidence that the provider responded to patients' suggestions by installing a credit and debit card payment facility. One of the patients we spoke with said, "I've been coming here about four years and I'm very satisfied."
