14th February 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with people in the waiting room as well as the practice manager and two staff.

People were complimentary about the service and comments were positive about the attitude and treatment they received.

One person said, "The dentist talks me through various options and we decide the best between us." Another person said, "The dentist asks me about my health at each visit in case there's a change, and I sign a consent form at the start of treatment. They always tell me how much it will cost."
