2nd July 2013 - During a routine inspection

During the visit, we spoke with one person who used the service. They told us the dentist explained the treatment options to them and allowed them to make a decision about the treatment they wanted.

The person told us they were happy with the services they received and confirmed they were given a prompt appointment when they contacted the practice.

The person told us they did not have any concerns about the cleanliness of the premises or the dental equipment and instruments. They told us the staff were friendly and acted professionally and wore gloves and aprons as they gave treatment. They also told us they had no concerns about the services they received and would speak to the staff if they had any concerns.
