The two people we spoke with told us they were happy with the service provided. One person said, “Visiting the dentist is a pleasure not a punishment." Another person told us, “It’s a very professional practice." And, "The staff are very friendly." People described the treatment they received as, “excellent” and said they had, “never had any problems” at the practice.

We saw people who used the service were involved in the planning of their treatment and were given information to help inform their decisions. The staff told us when people required treatment; they were presented with the options available to them.

People we spoke with told us they were involved and they were asked for their feedback about the service the dentist provided.

We saw the practice had a process in place for assessing medical risks. This meant care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people’s safety and welfare.

Staff training was kept up to date so that staff could care for people safely and to an appropriate standard.

We saw there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
