19th July 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke to four people on the day of our inspection.

They told us their dental care and treatment had been fully explained to them and they had agreed to the fees, the care and treatment plan. They told us they had made clear choices about the options of different treatments they had been able to choose from.

One person said that they were very happy with the service they had received. Another person told us that they had been attending the surgery for years and were very happy and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
