We spoke with a number of patients about their experiences of the practice and their feedback was very positive. People told us the dentist had explained their treatment options and what the treatment would involve. People felt they had been given sufficient information to make an informed decision about their treatment. Comments included "we are told what the options are for treatment and given a choice as to what we want","I have been given leaflets about treatment and costs" and "I am well treated here."

All the people we spoke with told us they were happy with the service they had received.

People told us that the dentist explained what they had found during examinations, what the treatment options were and what the procedures involved.

People said they felt the surgery was clean and well organised. Comments included "The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the surgery is spotless."

Staff were trained and supported and worked well together as a team.

The practice used various feedback methods to assist them to monitor and review the services provided.
