14th March 2013 - During a routine inspection

Patients told us, "I've been coming here for over 20 years and I am totally satisfied as is my wife. The dentist always explains the treatment and options available to me." Another patient was complimentary about their care. "I am very pleased with the treatment, I am always treated with respect, the dentist takes time with me and the reception staff are very good."

We received further comments such as "This dentist is really nice" and " I would recommend Oasis to other people."

Comments were seen in a comments book in the waiting room such as "They are really nice dentists at Oasis." Also "Excellent, thank you for being so caring."

We found the practice to be compliant with the regulations we inspected against.
