The practice offered a range of treatments. These included dental implants, bridgework, crowns, teeth straightening and cosmetic and general dentistry. The environment was pleasant, bright and clean with staff who were friendly and well trained.

The service provided safe and effective dental care to people who said that they were treated with respect and were fully involved in decisions. People we spoke with said that they had been given opportunities discuss their treatments and that staff and dentists took time to explain things to them when necessary.

People who used the service were supported by a skilled staff team who had received the training to deliver the treatment and care they required.

The premises were well presented, attractive and clean. Procedures for the prevention of cross infection and for the decontamination of instruments were in place and followed. This ensured that people who used the service were protected from the risk of infection. There were plans in place to provide a dedicated decontamination room in the coming 12 months.
