14th February 2012 - During a routine inspection

“I use a wheelchair and it’s easy for me to get to the waiting room”, and “I’m very satisfied with my appointments”. Another person told us "All the staff are lovely, they ask how you are” and “You get a nice service”, Some one else said “The staff are polite and professional” and “The dentist and reception staff always chat to my children”. We were also told “They are really good and getting you in” and “Their attitude is perfect”
