People using the service told us that they were generally happy with the treatment they had received and way it was provided. "Great staff team, thank you very much". "Happy with the dentist very friendly". "I had to wait twenty minutes after my appointment time".

They said the centre was kept clean, tidy and they felt safe using the service.

They did not comment on the centre's staffing levels or infection control systems. They did say the staff were "Very nice and helpful".

They were aware of the complaints procedure.

We saw people were treated with dignity, respect and received consultations and treatment in a way that maintained their privacy.

The procedure for consultation and treatment was fully explained including the fees charged. People were also told about any risks that might arise from the treatments chosen.

Records were kept up to date and an effective infection control system was operated.

There were adequate numbers of suitably qualified staff to meet people's needs.

There was a clearly displayed complaints procedure that was followed.
