21st March 2013 - During a routine inspection

Reception staff were friendly and efficient. We were able to witness how people were greeted and how the telephone was answered promptly and efficiently.

We were able to speak to 2 service users who were both happy with the practice. They confirmed that appointments usually ran to time and that staff always wore masks, gloves and goggles when carrying out treatment. We were told that emergency appointments were available at short notice, either later the same day or the next morning and that the practice had improved considerably since it was taken over by new owners.
