18th December 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People told us they were “very satisfied with the care and treatment provided by the dentist.” People said the dentist had provided them with a range of treatment options. They said that they were able to choose the treatment which suited them best.

People said the dentist made them aware of how much the treatment would cost prior to having the treatment. People said, “The dentist always explained the treatment options and the charges.” People described the care and treatment as “excellent.”

We found people received care and treatment which met their needs. The practice had procedures in place to protect people from the risk of abuse. There was a clean environment to prevent the spread of infection. The equipment used in the practice was appropriately maintained. People were looked after by staff who were appropriately recruited.
