15th March 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people using the service who all told us they were satisfied with the way the practice was run and the services provided. People told us their treatment options, the cost of treatment and any risks attached were explained to them. People’s comments included “they are very good, clear explanation of timetable, treatment options and cost” and “the dentist is very, very gentle and always takes time to explain what’s happening.”

People told us they were treated with dignity and respect by staff. They said staff observed their right to privacy and the practice was always clean and tidy.

We saw there were enough qualified staff who treated people in a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable way. There were effective systems in place for infection control and managing complaints.
