16th August 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke to four patients and three members of staff during our visit.

We saw patients were welcomed by polite and knowledgeable staff.

Patients told us they were very satisfied with the treatment they received, which was effective and organised. Each patient said they were involved in all aspects of their treatment and made decisions accordingly.

We found the practice to be clean, tidy and well maintained. There was appropriate access for people who had difficulty walking and the practice had appropriate facilities for people with disabilities.

Staff told us they felt supported by the provider and attended all training when required to do so.

We found the practice was well organised and regular audits took place to ensure the quality of the service was maintained.
